WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated SAP Project Leader to join our Customer IT team. You will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of projects, delivering measurable results while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • You are part of the Customer IT team and lead our most relevant and strategic SAP & Salesforce projects focusing on implementing new business processes and functionalities within the area of Sales, Marketing & Service
  • You manage the resource planning for Customer IT to support the ongoing Business Transformation program and its subsequent international rollout
  • In addition to leading the project team, you ensure effective collaboration and communication with the business Global Process Owner, internal and external IT consultants as well as other international stakeholders
  • You are responsible for the project success and achievement of project results, reporting and adherence to timeline and budget
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • You have completed your bachelor or master studies focusing on Business/IT or have a similar qualification
  • You have a solid project management track record, ideally combined with experience with project delivery in CRM and ERP
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA and / or Salesforce implementation is a plus
  • You possess great analytic and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality combined with entrepreneur thinking and a driving attitude
  • High ability to work in a team, paired with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
