Your responsibilities Essential Functions

  • Support the Network and Voice Services planning process, ensuring sound business cases and analyzing key business initiatives and informational needs that support, improve and/or transform IT / business operations, processes and strategy.
  • Initiate, and support projects and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs in compliance with project methodologies.
  • Support Strategy for the area of Network and Engineering Services and contribute to the business strategy for area and influence / persuade for its acceptance.
  • Utilize cloud and networking expertise to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
  • Manage and optimize connectivity solutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Provide system design expertise to contribute to the overall architecture of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies and networking.
  • Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks.
Design and support network and voice systems and infrastructure.

  • Configure and operate routers and switches.
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis.

Design and Implement Network Architecture:

  • Develop and implement network architectures in public cloud platforms (
    AWS, Azure).
  • Optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability to meet the needs of a dynamic financial technology environment.
Manage network security across public cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.

  • Configure and maintain security components using Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, and Meraki.

Routing, Switching, and Protocol Expertise:

  • Implement and manage layer 3 routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 protocols (e.g., STP, VLANs, MPLS).
  • Install and Configure routing and switching, specifically with Cisco technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex networking issues.
  • Manage networks using automation and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Use PowerShell and Bash for network automation and operational tasks.

Legacy and Public Cloud Network Troubleshooting:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining legacy on-prem network setups.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in public cloud network environments.
Achieve the most efficient Network and Voice Engineering operations:

  • Assumes responsibility for the optimal design, delivery and deployment of design, processes, practices, and engineering solutions vs. business requirements.
  • Ensures the consistent deployment of standard designs of appropriate services, architectures, technology, processes, information, and metrics to meet current and evolving business outcomes and requirements.
  • Contribute to all Network service continuity management plans, risks and activities.

  • Ensure the continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations.
  • Ensure proper implementation of global standards, policies, and systems platforms
Our requirements University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience.
More than 7 years of Business / IT experience
Proven management experience within a matrix organization
Proven track record in managing complex teams across different vendors.
In-depth expertise in one or more IT disciplines and broad knowledge of other disciplines of IT
In-depth understanding of business processes and the interrelationships with IT
processes.
More than 5 years of experience in Network Engineering and Voice Technologies AZURE,
AWS, Avaya, Genesis Contact Center solutions.
Experience in global organizations, and interactions with multiple network and voice global providers.
Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, and engineering quality.
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel (globally)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, high-performing individual with network and voice engineering expertise, in the design, and support of global infrastructure environment.

The role requires an experience engineer in different network and voice platform to able to contribute and lead third party engineers in the design and support of network operations following B&L design and compliance guidelines, focused on best engineering design practices that helps optimizing the global support model.

This position reports to Director of Network and Voice Services and is accountable for design and delivery of engineering solutions for network and Voice services.
