We are looking for a Engineering Services Coordinator for our Integrated Facility Management business line.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager and working as part of the overall IFM Team, the AFM (Hard Services) will manage a range of hard services and provide the necessary support to ensure the efficient and effective running of the office portfolio.

What this job involves

  • Creation and adherence of planned maintenance regime for Clients assets.
  • Monitoring of planned preventative maintenance activity across the region, supporting the Regional Engineering Manager with reporting and verification of activity.
  • Support IFM team for follow up maintenance planned by Landlord.
  • Supporting the wider IFM team for any attendance for unplanned maintenance activity, ensuring local processes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the Regional Engineering Manager and IFM teams with vendor management processes and reporting.
  • Supporting IFM team to activity relating to Task/Corrigo requests requests- responding within agreed SLA's.
  • Supporting regional engineering manager to implement process standards across the region.
  • Responsible for regular regional logbook audits, driving standards and process in line with account procedures.
  • Supporting IFM team with the ongoing management and tracking of hard service stock control.
  • Supporting IFM with management of local supplier base providing maintenance, project activity and reactive repairs.
  • Tracking of utility usage regionally (electric, water, gas) and creation of innovative ideas to remove impact on the environment for the CE region.
  • Small Project Management support / Creation of Budget & Activity Plan for Site Improvements:
    • Refurbishments
    • Renovations
    • Expansions
  • Raise purchase orders to support IFM team budget planning / tracking in line with OPEX process.
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned.
