Opis stanowiska:

Firma Nemera, poszukuje dynamicznej i doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Supply Chain Project Leader. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie projektami w zakresie łańcucha dostaw, optymalizację procesów logistycznych oraz koordynację działań zespołów projektowych.

Główne obowiązki:

  • Prowadzenie i zarządzanie projektami związanymi z łańcuchem dostaw.
  • Wdrażanie strategii optymalizacyjnych w zakresie logistyki i dystrybucji.
  • Koordynacja działań zespołów projektowych oraz współpraca z innymi działami.
  • Analiza i monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (KPI) w łańcuchu dostaw.
  • Identyfikacja i wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań mających na celu poprawę efektywności operacyjnej.
  • Nadzór nad budżetem projektów oraz zapewnienie realizacji celów w określonym czasie i budżecie.
  • Znajomość, stosowanie i egzekwowanie zasad określonych w ramach ciągłego doskonalenia (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, ...)
Kwalifikacje

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu logistyki, zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw lub pokrewne.
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Znajomość nowoczesnych narzędzi i technologii stosowanych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne oraz zdolność do rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie zaawansowanym.
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
