Legal Counsel (Commercial)

Łódź Your responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating commercial or civil contracts
Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks
Developing or enhancing (contract) templates
Engaging with Legal Tech tools (contract management tool, databases, electronic signature tool)
Proactive advisor of global legal team members and business units within Flint Group
Standardize and automate processes by automation and process tools
Assuming global legal lead responsibilities for specific business unit(s) and/or key customer(s)
Engage with Flint Group's employees to improve existing legal processes and procedures (e.g. by training, communication)
Our requirements Legal Degree; ideally combined with an international degree such as LL.M or likewise
5 years of legal experience, either in-house or in a law firm in an international commercial environment
Extended legal drafting and negotiating skills
Vital understanding of commercial context and requirements
Demonstrated ability for close cooperation with commercial departments (globally)
General experience with Legal Tech (contract management tool, databases, electronic signature tool)
Exemplary personal and professional integrity and business ethics, as well as a commitment to diversity and a respect for others
Enthusiasm for working for a global company, i.e. working across multiple cultures, willingness to accommodate international time zones, etc.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients across various disciplines and cultures
Demonstrated familiarity with compliance expectations of a global company
Fluent in English
