Currently, our client, a company in the distribution of gardening products industry, is looking for candidates for the position:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organizing, and controlling logistics processes (from production line - warehouses - customers);
• Coordinating activities related to procurement, warehousing, and product delivery to customers;
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, operational efficiency, space utilization, etc.;
• Ongoing and regular analysis of operational opportunities;
• Developing strategies to improve efficiency and continuously improve warehouse functioning and logistic processes;
• Collaborating with logistics department personnel and other company departments;
• Working with logistics operators (warehouses) and transport companies;
• Reporting work results to management on an ongoing basis;

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a similar position (leader, coordinator, manager of logistics processes, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
• English language - at least communicative level (B1/B2);
• Valid driver's license category B;
• Strategic thinking skills and analytical abilities;
• Openness, positive attitude, and teamwork skills;
• Readiness for stationary work (in the office in Rumia);
• Desirable familiarity with Comarch Optima software;
• Experience working in a small department (about several dozen people) of an international company is a plus.
