  • aktywne wspieranie i rozwijanie systemu SAP HCM dla międzynarodowych klientów;
  • uczestniczenie w analizie wymagań, konfiguracji i testowaniu systemu zgodnie z wytycznymi klienta;
  • tworzenie koncepcji nowych rozwiązań i wdrażanie zaproponowanych i uzgodnionych z klientem zmian;
  • współpracowanie z programistami w celu opracowania i przetestowania nowych funkcji i ulepszeń;
  • ścisła współpraca z międzynarodowym zespołem HCM w naszej firmie.
  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy z systemem SAP HCM (moduły PY, PA, PT, OM);
  • bardzo dobra znajomość procesu rozliczania listy płac i procesów kadrowych, konfiguracji schematów i reguł kalkulacji płacowych (znajomość specyfiki krajów niemieckojęzycznych będzie dodatkowym atutem);
  • umiejętność konfiguracji systemu według oczekiwań klienta;
  • analiza i naprawa błędów dotyczących danych kadrowych i rozliczania listy płac;
  • doświadczenie w analizach i optymalizacjach procesów biznesowych i prowadzeniu projektów;
  • dobra znajomości języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego (znajomość obu języków będzie dodatkowym atutem);
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • chęć rozwoju osobistego i pogłębienia wiedzy w obszarach SAP HCM.
