Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Fluent English – at least C1 level (CEFR scale),
  • 1-2 years of previous administration and office experience in a professional, client-focused environment, previous PA experience would be beneficial
  • Fully proficient with MS Office
  • Personal effectiveness, strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills,
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality,
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Effective problem-solving abilities,
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and across all levels of seniority,

The key role of Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to Business Leaders across various locations and Solution Lines. Our office is based in Cracow, offering a 50/50 hybrid working model.

What the day will look like

  • Serving as a point of contact/liaison with clients, third parties, peers, and direct reports,
  • Proactively managing emails and schedules,
  • Organizing internal/external meetings, including all catering, equipment, and logistical needs,
  • Arranging and coordinating travel arrangements,
  • Handling company expenses,
  • Creating documents upon request, in alignment with Aon's brand, involving typing, formatting, proofreading, printing, and binding when necessary,
  • Composing emails and communications as required,
  • Participating in high-level meetings to organize agendas, materials, and take notes,
  • Completing any additional duties, tasks, and projects to ensure smooth operations.
