Job Title: Localization Associate at EcoVadisDescription

In the light of our expansion and the growing global business demands, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Localization Associate to join our Solutions team at EcoVadis. This role involves assisting our Localization Manager in overseeing translation projects to ensure the top-notch quality of our product in all languages we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing translation/proofreading requests for accuracy and completeness,
  • Evaluating the quality of the source EN content and associated documentation,
  • Preparing translation/review projects using CAT tools,
  • Ensuring compliance with Term Base and identifying any potential issues in completed translations,
  • Serving as a primary contact for translators and reviewers for any questions or technical matters,
  • Maintaining updated localization project status files and directories,
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress,

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in linguistics or philology,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Thai is advantageous,
  • Experience working with CAT tools,
  • Prior experience in translation/localization or linguistic project management,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel,
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills,
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset,
  • Ability to adapt to changing team priorities and varying workloads,
  • Effective problem-solving abilities,
