  • You will lead end-to-end projects outlined in the new transformation roadmap and assist in establishing an efficient PMO organization
  • You will oversee project execution to effectively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
  • You will guide a team to achieve desired project outcomes within set timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the expected project outcomes that provide tangible value to the organization

Your future team

The Project Management Office is integrated within the Process Excellence & Transformation Team at Lundbeck GBS. It focuses on fostering a PMO culture and executing system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in fulfilling its long-term strategy. The Project Management Team will work closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to streamline successful implementations.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent are advantageous
