Inviting applications for the role of Business Implementation Consultant in the Order Management Domain.

The person employed in this position will coordinate the implementation of the new ERP program and act as a consulting point between operations and the IT implementation team. With this, it is crucial to have experience in the area of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing and testing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and to know about working in the Order Management area (min. 3 years of operational work).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the operational work of the Order Management department, identifying areas for improvement and operational risk,
  • Checking and solving potential issues between client expectations and system information,
  • Creating concepts for improving Order Management Systems,
  • Offering resolutions/improvements for internal updating requests,
  • Writing, reviewing, and testing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs),
  • Identifying training needs and conducting training for end users,
  • Ensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after the Stabilization phase

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Care/Order Management and implementation of new platforms or transition processes,
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
  • Experience in project management,
  • Knowledge of software platforms, specifically order management systems (OMS),
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork,
  • Knowledge of English (min. B2),
  • Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment,
  • Ability to function independently, identifying problems and improvement opportunities combined with formulating and implementing feasible solutions.
