Valeo Wiper Systems
At our Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, painting, and assembling wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. We have recently expanded our production to include motors for wipers. Our operations are supported by a state-of-the-art research and development center, employing a dedicated team of professionals.
We are currently hiring an Software Engineer for Electric Motor Software position at our Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring project execution;
  • Creating and enforcing detailed action plans and budgets for Software and Hardware teams, with direct superior support;
  • Following the Product Development Process and CLEAN Project Management;
  • Meeting project goals related to costs, time, and quality through planning, coordination, and monitoring at every stage;
  • Adhering to standards and internal rules;
  • Selecting technically optimal solutions aligned with economic objectives;
  • Conducting necessary reviews in the project (SW and HW);
  • Representing the R&D department to the client, distributing inquiries and needs among contributors;
  • Actively supporting A-SPICE implementation;
  • Assigning task packages to colleagues from SW and HW departments;
  • Conducting regular reviews with the Product Manager for Research and Development or the Research and Development Center Manager as needed.

Join our team if you have:

  • Technical education in electronics or IT;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a project manager, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proficient English language skills;
  • Experience with embedded software projects. Knowledge of DOORS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to find solutions tailored to each client;
  • Capability to work independently on multifaceted issues;
  • Skill in managing complex and diverse topics.
