Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Workday with Medium and Large Enterprise clients
  • Utilizing Workday's methodology and Mercer's digital tools to ensure customer success
  • Partnering with customers to assess project scope and timelines
  • Defining and testing customer business requirements
  • Providing guidance on data integrity issues and risk identification
  • Collaborating with clients and project teams for successful project completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR knowledge and experience in technology implementation
  • Workday Partner Certification in various modules and hands-on experience in configuration
  • Ability to manage multiple project deliveries in a task-oriented setting
  • Fluency in English and leading remote client meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Expertise in multiple Workday modules and technical trainings
  • Cross-functional experience in other Workday Modules
