Are you the NEXT one?

As a Scrum Master at STX Next, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile development processes and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework (or other), fostering collaboration, and removing any impediments that hinder the team's progress. They are a part of client journeys into agile excellence.

RequirementsMust have:
  • Experience in Scrum Master role (min. 5 years). Solid experience implementing Agile methodologies within various teams and environments.
  • Experience and good knowledge in Scrum proved by Scrum. org certifications (e. g. PSM II)
  • Experience in other Agile and Lean practices (e. g. XP, Dual track, Kanban)
  • Very good command of English (min. C1).
  • Focus on continuous improvement, both on team's and individual level.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored training sessions for teams and individuals.
  • Client-centric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client.
  • Business awareness, i. e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits.
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with an emphasis on servant leadership.
  • Able to act as a Product Owner if needed.
Nice to have:
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
  • Experience in Product Owner role
  • Experience in working with Product Designers.
  • Experience in working with DevOps.
  • Knowledge of other project management methodologies and frameworks will be a plus (Lean, PMP, Prince2, Waterfall).
