About the role

Place of work: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki - hybrid job

Type of contract: replacement job contract - 18 months

Your responsibilities

Responsible for a key category, you'll understand the market and ensure we work with the best suppliers. You'll ask for – and get - the best quality on the best terms. You'll:

• Work cross-functionally with deferent divisions and demands

• Create procurement strategy according to business targets

• Lead complex and strategic projects/tenders, high value contract negotiations

• Manage strategic suppliers and internal senior stakeholders

• Demonstrate acumen towards costs, networking capital, risk and problem solving independently to support business needs

• Build long term relationships and work alongside suppliers to ensure continuous improvement

• Reduce costs and mitigate risks whilst increasing quality and service

• Manage and plan high spend budget

• Multitasking and leading many different projects at the same time

• Share knowledge in the Team, lead by example

The experience we're looking for

're a shrewd negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You make complicated things simple.

You:

• Have minimum 4-5 years experience in procurement (preferable logistic or transportation category)

• Master`s degree level: supply chain management/procurement/logistics

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Are highly analytical, using data to take fact-based market view

• Broad view on business needs, market trends and propose actions based on logistic strategy

• Result, goals oriented

• Build multi-level relationships based on mutual trust and uncompromising integrity

• Have high standards and collaborate with suppliers to improve performance

• Handle delicate negotiations sensitively. You appreciate the detail and reconcile conflicting interests imaginatively.

• Problem solving attitude
