About Analytics at Kyriba

The Analytics team helps Treasurers benefit from innovative dashboard and advanced reporting functionalities, also known as Business Intelligence. Business Intelligence reports significantly enhance the financial oversight of CFOs and Treasurers: They also empower them to make smart decisions based on facts and predictions through dashboards, KPIs, and data exploration.

Team Structure

You will work within an agile team composed of a team lead and developers based in France and in Poland, under the supervision of the Analytics Product Manager.

Your mission

In collaboration with the dev team, you will be responsible for delivering functional and valuable new data products, from MVPs to production. Your role will be to identify the main financial KPIs CFOs and treasurers need to monitor and create relevant dashboards based on this data. As Analytics Product Owner, you will act as the guarantor of the product vision.

Key responsibilities and duties

Represent the customer's voice and own the Product Strategy & vision: Identify the user needs and business requirements Document and define the main financial KPIs the end users want to monitor Translate the user needs into well-defined specifications such as features, user stories, acceptance test criteria. Contribute to the product vision & strategy Own and execute the product roadmap and oversee the delivery: Create, prioritize & update the Product Backlog Coordinate the releases with the team (prepare and plan the sprints & ceremonies) Draft appropriate key objectives and track progress, focusing on the value created Act as a main liaison between the team and the rest of the organization: Work in line with other development teams delivering related projects. Ensure regular communication with stakeholders, including frequent demo sessions

Your profile and qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability Customer-oriented Curious, energetic, and flexible both in your search for solutions and towards criticism and feedback Prior Product Management experience or a strong will to learn how to manage a product An analytical mind and a deep curiosity for Business Intelligence solutions A first experience / knowledge of databases (general principles, SQL...) Knowledge of the Corporate Finance industry is a strong plus

Language: English is a must

Certification: Agile, Scrum or SAFe would be a plus

Interactions / Stakeholders: Development, Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing, Training, Support, Customers and peers in the Product team
