About the role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks, and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits, and software measurements.

What you will be doing:

  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function,
  • Manages overall test process,
  • Monitors applicable business unit work to ensure consistency and compliance with standard processes,
  • Contributes to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs,
  • Stays current with process-related industry standards,
  • Communicates quality information throughout the organization,
  • Supports development and delivery of training in quality matters,
  • Leads and mentors quality assurance team members.

Ability to converse in German with colleagues and Clients

What you will be doing:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience,
  • Good knowledge/Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry,
  • Proficient in Test documentation like Test Strategy, Test Plan,
  • Proficient in Test activities like Defect Analysis, Reporting, Root Cause Analysis,
  • Proficient in highlighting Risks and Issues,
  • Experience in Resource forecasting, Client focus,
  • Ability to closely work with project team and the Client,
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure,
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
