  • We are seeking a Data Analysis & Business Integration Senior Specialist to join our Financial Analysis team. In this role, you will provide analytical expertise to a specific business area, supporting our Strategy & Program Delivery team.
  • Our team is divided into front-end and back-end roles.
  • The front-end team translates business needs into analytical questions, while the back-end team conducts analyses and visualizes data.
  • You will be joining our front-end team.
  • Your core responsibilities will include performing data analysis, creating dashboards, and maintaining strong business relationships with internal business key-users. You will focus on their needs and transform them into analytical tools and recommendations.
  • We operate using Agile methodology - Kanban (front) and Scrum (back).
responsibilities :
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between key business users (Head of Function level stakeholders) and the backend analytical team
  • Independently conduct quality data analysis and proactively propose business solutions, based on provided insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately identify their business needs, objectives and KPIs - Propose tailored analytics solutions that address their specific challenges
  • Provide analytical solutions that empower key users to make informed decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic market priorities and KPIs
  • Work closely with backend analysts to ensure their analyses and data align with key users' requirements
  • Prioritize tasks on Kanban board and oversee the end-to-end cycle, from solution proposal to outcome validation
requirements-expected :
  • 4+ years of experience in analytical or business-related positions
  • Practical knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Excel, PowerBI
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Experience and/or certification in Agile/Kanban methodology
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including storytelling when presenting data & insights
  • Ability to independently and proactively built business recommendations based on data
offered :
  • In this position you will earn no less than PLN 15, 500 gross per month
  • Smart Work Model: min. 8 days per month working on site – Warsaw HQ (Inflancka 4c, Gdanski Business Center)
