We are seeking a Senior CPQ Administrator at Relativity with expertise in CPQ, Lead to Cash, and financial systems to join our Business Systems and Applications team. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Financial Applications Manager and senior team members, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. As a Senior CPQ Administrator, your responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and advocating for Salesforce CPQ and other financial systems applications across Relativity. Collaborate with the team to solve problems effectively, make well-informed decisions, and drive business objectives forward. Engage in ideation sessions with business partners to address platform pain points and optimize platform health. Champion data governance and lead technical debt projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and excels in collaborative problem-solving. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Applications.

Your Role in Action:
  • CPQ and other financial systems application initiatives focusing on Lead to Cash, billing, revenue, and accounting
  • Collaboration on key projects to align with business needs and system requirements
  • Working with Developers, Admins, and IT Business Relationship Managers to deliver scalable solutions
  • Participation in design workshops, research, decision-making, and testing
  • Applying critical thinking to solve problems and create results efficiently
  • Management of application data connections including Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Intacct, and Ironclad
  • Establishing and implementing best practices for change management, system maintenance, configuration, development, and data integrity
  • Ensuring proper data access security models and documentation of work for future reference
  • Tracking work progress, identifying risks, and troubleshooting user issues
  • Maintaining certifications and enhancing skills with each new release
Your Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development
  • Experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud development
  • Architecting Salesforce CPQ solutions for mid-sized to large companies
  • Supporting Salesforce CPQ implementation roadmap
  • Experience in billing, revenue, and accounting applications
  • Strong business process understanding with emphasis on Lead to Cash
  • Expertise in designing and building automation
  • Working on cross-functional projects and strategic planning
  • Customer-focused with effective communication skills
  • Data loading, manipulation, and normalization knowledge
  • Supporting organizations larger than 500 employees
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative with the ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce certified CPQ Advanced Specialist
  • Salesforce certified Architect qualification
  • Experience in enterprise organizations
  • Designing processes for software companies
  • Building SOQL queries
  • Working in an Agile environment
Compensation
  • Relativity offers competitive compensation practices, including a base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 139,000 and 209,000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract).
  • The final salary offer will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
