TWOJA ROLA- Implementing global marketing communication strategies online and offline, and optimizing them locally.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to develop local communication strategies for brands like Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, and STMNT.
- Monitoring and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns.
- Planning, executing, and evaluating lead-generating campaigns.
- Creating and managing social media campaigns and crafting exclusive content for brands.
- Daily management of social media platforms to increase brand awareness and recognition.
- Producing local social media materials.
- Developing a local influencer collaboration strategy and managing campaigns with them.
- Collaborating with PR agencies to enhance online and offline brand presence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in an advertising or marketing agency or on the client side.
- Proficient in both Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (minimum C1 level).
- Ability to create and implement communication strategies on social media platforms.
- Capability to produce mobile video content.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining partnerships with clients.
- Demonstrating a light touch, courage, and creativity in content creation.
- Experience in working with influencers and activating campaigns with them.
- Preparing campaign summary reports with insights and recommendations.
- Keen eye for analytics, trend tracking, and finding new solutions.
- Independence, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive approach.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
- Appreciation for good design, aesthetic sense, and familiarity with the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editors as a plus, e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Videolepa, InShot.
