Currently, we are seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Main responsibilities:

  • Issue and post sales invoices
  • Regular processing of supplier invoices, bank statements, and other financial transactions
  • Accounting tasks such as expense accounting, accruals, and account valuations
  • Reconcile accounts, confirm balances, and handle VAT returns
  • Assist in tax return preparation and participate in tax audits
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in financial statement preparation and audit processes
  • Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the department

The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent Polish speaker with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
