Overview:

As a Cloudification Program Manager in our public administration context, you will play a crucial role in leading the modernization of Information Systems from legacy datacenter technologies to advanced cloud services. You will oversee diverse teams working within an agile framework, focusing on delivering effective and scalable cloud hosting services to external parties. If you are passionate about promoting cloud adoption in the public sector and have strong program management skills, this position is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:
  • Lead and coordinate the cloudification program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Establish a clear vision for the cloudification initiative, fostering enthusiasm and commitment across teams.
  • Team and Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage squads and chapters dedicated to cloudification projects, promoting collaboration and a culture of high performance.
  • Engage with external entities to understand their cloud hosting needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and external customers for a smooth cloud transition.
  • Agile Methodology:
  • Implement and advocate for agile methodologies, overseeing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews for efficient project execution.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and adaptation within the program.
  • Cloud Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and refine the cloudification strategy, considering industry best practices, security requirements, and scalability.
  • Communicate a comprehensive roadmap for the program, integrating phased migrations and continuous service enhancements.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks in cloudification projects and create mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the cloud transition.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation on cloudification projects to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in program management, with a focus on cloud migration projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Desirable experience in public administration or government projects.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in cloud technologies, especially AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • EU citizenship.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is a bonus.
