We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Accounts Payable – Senior Process Associate – German – Hybrid Krakow at Genpact.

Responsibilities:
  • Entering accurate data into workflow tool
  • Requesting re-scan for unclear images or incomplete invoices
  • Sending invoices back to suppliers
  • Daily cooperation with invoice processing team, Unit, and help desk requests
  • Dedicated controls for error prevention
  • Closing the month and performing due diligence
  • Adapting to changing business environment and requirements
Qualifications we seek in you:Minimum qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Polish/German
  • Fluency in English
  • Finance and Accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Preferred qualifications:
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability
  • High motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant accounting experience
