Safety Data Sheet Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Safety Data Sheets for new products, maintain accurate Safety Data Sheets for existing products Define proper and compliant Hazard labeling Provide required Safety Data Sheets to internal and external stakeholders Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors and other departments on a daily basis with regard to various aspects of SDS compliance Lead medium size SDS projects Provides reports and updates

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Health and Safety (or closely related technical field) Fluent Business English Developed level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office package Excel, PPT, SAP preferred) Familiar with CLP, REACH Previous industry or SDS related work experience required Demonstrated knowledge and experience with OSHA safety and health regulations; TSCA registration and compliance; DOT/IATA regulations and compliance Working knowledge of the Global Harmonized System (GHS) Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and with all levels of the organization and stakeholders
