If your CV meets our criteria, you should expect the following steps in the recruitment process: Online behavioural test Telephone screen Job interview with the hiring manager What you need to have to succeed in this role Minimum 7 years relevant financial control experience including statutory and regulatory reporting.

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.) or with Bachelor's degree in Finance with strong technical accounting and reporting skills.

Strong IFRS Accounting and Reporting understanding.

Proven ability to influence at senior levels across functions, geographies and businesses.

Experience facing off to Senior Stakeholders from businesses, functions and Change teams.

Strong ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and apply appropriate controls over Reporting processes.

Ability to identify and implement change and challenge the status quo.

Proven experience of driving positive change in the team.

French language is an asset.
