Job Description

Our Customer is a leading global provider of cutting-edge payments technology solutions, dedicated to shaping the future of financial transactions worldwide. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we connect consumers, businesses, financial institutions, and governments in over 200 countries and territories through our advanced processing networks.

Currently we are looking for senior scrum master.

A Scrum Master is a facilitative leader who ensures that the team adheres to the principles and practices of Scrum. Key skills include a deep understanding of Scrum, project management, strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, adaptability, and in some cases, technical knowledge. They guide the team, help resolve conflicts and obstacles, coach team members in Agile principles, and facilitate effective decision-making.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.

Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
  • Experience in team/project management.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of AGILE principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
