Job Title: Procurement Intern at Global FMCG Business

The Role

  • Purchase process of a selected group of materials and services.
  • New Vendor and System Contract Value creation and maintenance.
  • Help in analysing functional data to create, maintain the reports.
  • Execution of assigned tasks by the Superior related to ITG goals and objectives.
  • Support in invoice discrepancy clarification.
  • Support TPUs/Business in daily basis ad hoc procurement queries.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in data management and analysis - will be an asset.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong English language skills – written and verbal.
  • Adapt at working in both team environment and solo.
  • Good Microsoft Office abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to details and willingness to learn.
  • Adapt and dealing with stakeholders on varied levels.
