Elekta's Global Business Service Center is a Team based in Warsaw that provides recommendation of global best practices and ensures that improvement initiatives are delivered globally in consistent and quality-based way through standard processes and competent staff. Continuously since 2016 with our expertise and deep dive into root-causes of every issue we may encounter we support areas of Finance, QA&RA documents control, Logistics, IT and Service Operation.

What You'll Do At Elekta

As the Quality Assurance Associate , you will be r esponsible for supporting Elekta employees in document control activities and answering QA system related questions. Works closely with members of same or different functional groups. A successful candidate will s upport Elekta processes by performing specific project related tasks, reviewing documentation and materials or collecting, collating, and analyzing data or completing reports.

The Quality Assurance Associate responsibilities include :

  • Assist Elekta employees in document control activities.
  • Create training materials, organize and provide training for Elekta employees related to the QA system.
  • Work on defined project related tasks.
  • Prepare documentation and materials related to specific quality systems or processes.
  • Follow the functional charter regarding values and goal setting.
  • Report operational issues (process or system related) to QA manager – QA Systems Governance .
  • Proactively suggest ideas to deliver continuous process improvement.
  • Promote and maintain adhere to Elekta values.

The Quality Assurance Associate will play an active role in represent ing the group's vision and

mission while supporting the goals of the overall business. We are looking for a high- calibre candidate who have a knack for navigating documentation complexities which is why you must have the following skills:

  • Confident and open personality .
  • D ecision making skills to prioritize the workload during busy time s .
  • Be able to c irculate documentation to support QA activities and to identify areas for improvement and escalate through the chain of command.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in relevant areas of Quality, Regulatory or Engineering, preferably within a medical device environment would be advantageous .
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Identify areas for improvement and escalate through the chain of command.
  • Objective driven and customer focused, with an ability to influence people.
  • Effective team player with a positive attitude towards change to promote the Elekta's goals of the business.
  • High personal integrity.
  • Can work efficiently under tight timelines.
  • Capable of producing results working unsupervised under own initiative.
  • Proven fluency in English and other applicable languages relevant to their specific geographies.
