Job Description

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Handling Accounts Payable for various entities
  • Managing Accounts Payable using Basware and Peoplesoft Software
  • Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as manual entries and account maintenance
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Assisting internal and external customers
  • Assist in various projects related to year-end and auditing
  • Reviewing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment
  • Ability to run and analyze reports
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Accounts Payable area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • English at least B2 spoken and written
  • Excellent teamwork and diplomacy skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Operational background with supplier review and creation, invoice review and processing, and pay cycle processing
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion will be a strong plus
  • Previous experience with audit requests
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in the Cracow Office as a full-time employee
