Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an agile team to develop solutions for business challenges using Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and various apps.
  • Maintain the stability and accessibility of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence through administrative tasks.
  • Create, test, and implement integrations between Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and internal systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Encourage the use of best practices for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence among internal users.
  • Address user-reported issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on Atlassian products, agile methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence at the administrative level.
  • Solid understanding of JQL.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Forward-thinking approach to problem-solving with a focus on future outcomes.
  • Demonstrated initiative and capability to produce results independently or as part of a team.

Compensation

  • At Relativity, we are dedicated to fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • This role offers a total compensation package, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives.
  • The expected salary range for this position is between 139,000 and 209,000 gross/year (Employment Contract).
  • The final salary offer will be determined by various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
  • Hiring at the upper end of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth opportunities.
