Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide office and administrative support to the HR Operations Manager.
  • Assist in preparing standard employee documentation.
  • Support daily HR operations and tasks.
  • Ensure employee documentation complies with labor laws.
  • Aid in onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in managing remuneration databases.
  • Handle employment condition updates.
  • Work with managers and employees on documentation.
Our Expectations:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, HRM, or related field.
  • Proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledgeable in labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in MsOffice, especially MsExcel.
