Responsibilities:Lead software architecture and design for Connected Navigation components to ensure scalability, reliability, and performanceCollaboratively tackle complex challenges with stakeholders and partners, emphasizing scalabilityProvide technical guidance to the team to support feature delivery and system componentsTranslate system requirements into well-designed technical solutions for iterative implementationPrioritize operational excellence by implementing observability and supporting operational artifactsDevelop resilient, scalable applications using appropriate cloud stacks and programming languagesSupport team growth through onboarding, mentoring, and moderationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science6-9 years of programming experience in a professional settingExpertise in software development with one or more high-level programming languages and frameworks (Java, C++, Python)At least 6 years of experience with navigation systems, including client/server and Internet technologiesMinimum of 5 years of cloud technology experience1-3 years of experience in automotive navigationCustomer-centric mindsetStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPassion for delivering top-quality solutionsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitudeAbility to make timely decisions even with uncertainties and incomplete informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility, prioritization skills, and multitasking abilitiesEffective team player who can work well with diverse backgrounds and locationsExperience working with global teams and suppliers across different time zonesPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a business or technical field related to automotive or navigation1-3 years of experience in microservice architecture
