Twój zakres obowiązków, Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking), Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health), Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting), Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up), Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting), Risk Managementesses including: data validation and UAT testing, Proficiently troubleshooting issues in a variety of environments
Experience as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs, A deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling, PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification, Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
