Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in SkawinaThe Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in designing, manufacturing, painting, and assembling wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. Recently, the production of motors for wipers has commenced. The plant's core operations are supported by a state-of-the-art research and development center, currently staffed by approximately [number] members.
Job Opportunity: Electric Motor Control EngineerYour Challenges:
- Define the required function for electronics with other ELT members.
- Create mock-ups to validate the function and write specifications.
- Develop PCBA with elementary functions for test validation.
- Propose flowcharts for the software and utilize quick prototyping (Matlab simulink - Dspace) for function optimization.
- Code software using C++ language or Matlab simulink; suggest validation tests with Motor engineers and R&D PTM.
- Validate the software and hardware with the support of other ELT members and establish connections with Métier Electronic for functions or projects in P3.
- Write functional specifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the automotive sector.
- Education in Electronic engineering, Automation engineering, or Electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in C++ language.
- Knowledge of Electronic Hardware: Power commutation (MOS and drivers), Microcontrollers.
- Automation knowledge: Motor Control, feedback control loops, Matlab simulink, Dspace.
- Electrotechnical expertise: Brushless Motor, DC motor.
- Physics knowledge: measurement, Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Mechanical knowledge: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
