The Role

We are excited to present an outstanding opening for an IT Operations Administrator to join our team in the EMEA region, specifically in Poland. As part of the IT Support team, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for end-users. Collaborating with the team, you will support desktop services operations.

This position is ideal for someone with prior support experience looking to advance their technical skills. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering top-notch IT support, have a genuine interest in technology's application within business, be customer-oriented, and aspire to forge a career in technical service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a primary contact for user incidents and service requests within the IT Administration team
  • Assisting in resolving user incidents and service requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other IT departments to ensure prompt resolution and user satisfaction
  • Creating and maintaining precise and concise ticket updates and knowledgebase documentation in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on regional nuances
  • Educating colleagues on best practices for technology adoption and usage
  • Identifying trends and potential issues in collaboration with the Lead IT Ops Administrator
  • Enhancing and refining service support to the office environment
  • Ensuring the functionality of computers, printers, and peripherals
  • Providing hardware and software maintenance support
  • Collaborating with an international team with English as the primary communication language
Requirements
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written (B2+ level)
  • Flexibility - Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Commitment and proactivity - Demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to support colleagues effectively
  • Openness and willingness to cooperate - Fostering a supportive, collaborative work ethic within the team
  • Prior experience in an IT Support role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for providing technical support through various channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions
  • Capability to handle a dynamic flow of support calls and technical assistance
  • Effective multitasking and remaining composed under pressure
  • Team player mindset with adherence to procedures and policies
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  • Keenness for continuous learning and on-the-job training

  • Active Directory, Exchange (on-premises and O365),

  • Apple hardware and OS (Mac, Mobiles)

  • Multi-Factor Authentication setup (MS MFA, DUO)
  • MS Intune
  • Collaboration tools like Webex, TeamViewer, Zoom, and MS Teams
  • Windows 10/Windows 11
  • ITIL V3 or Above

Core Skills (desirable):

  • ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • VMware
  • CUCM
