Your responsibilities

Strategic:

• Design, develop and maintain critical business reporting models across all software platforms of the Vlassenroot Group (ERP, MES, HR, etc.)

Operational:

• Create new business & financial reporting based on the requirements set by operational managers.
• Support various departments by analyzing business processes and proposing data reporting improvements.
• Supply project management support through analysis of process data and system adherence by users.
• Collaborate with business and technical colleagues to ensure data is collected accurately and up-to-date.
• Analyze and maintain system databases to identify and correct mistakes.
• Communicate results of data analysis in written and verbal form to key decision-makers.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Technical:

• Develop a deep understanding of our various digital platforms and their data structures.
• Cooperate with team members to further develop and improve digital systems and their use.

Development:

• Build and maintain expertise through research and learning opportunities.
• Keep up with market developments and propose further improvements.
• Support new software implementations through data analysis and visualization of requirements, project management, and delivery performance.

Our requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent through experience.
• You have expertise with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
• You are familiar with Azure technologies (e.g. Power BI, Databricks, Synapse).
• You have proficiency in MS Office applications.
• You are familiar with ERP, MES, and/or similar business platforms.
• You are fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbally (knowledge of German or French is a plus).
• You are analytical, structured, and problem-solving.
• You are quality-oriented and value-focused on details.
• You have great communication skills and work well with others.

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst in Poland who will be a member of the Digital Solutions Team, working for the entire Vlassenroot group across 3 countries.

The Digital Service Team is responsible for all digital platforms, providing technical, process- and project management services across multiple domains.
