We have become one of the rapidly growing EdTech companies that has established itself as one of the leaders in Poland. However, we have even bigger plans for the future. That's why we are looking for an ambitious Strong Junior Finance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the local Finance Department and interact with the Global Finance team.

Your responsibilities:

  • manage and monitor bank payments, and ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions;
  • post entries into Group reporting software;
  • issue invoices for the customers in relevant software;
  • perform financial calculations and prepare ad hoc reports, as well as assist with maintaining financial records;
  • support Finance Manager with payroll and tax-related tasks, and provide support for financial inquiries

Requirements

Your skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Finance Associate / Finance Analyst / Auditor or similar role;
  • university degree in Economics or Finance;
  • native Polish language and Upper-Intermediate in English;
  • understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting/finance software;
  • ability to grasp the information quickly and keep the deadlines;
  • your superpower is to think critically and have an eye for detail

Nice-to-have skills:

  • working experience in Big4 companies;
  • previous experience working with Xero;
  • familiarity with Polish tax regulations and local requirements;
  • basic knowledge of IFRS

Our recruitment process is transparent and clear. Three stages: a screening with a Talent Partner -> online assessment -> interview with a Finance team and Polish CEO. After that, we will negotiate an offer.
