About the Project:


Join our team as a ServiceNow Tester and be part of a dynamic group in Warsaw and Denmark (~25 team members). The team focuses on enhancing ServiceNow, a key platform in the KMD and NEC group. Expect challenging cases that broaden your expertise, bringing satisfaction upon resolution. Work in an agile environment with opportunities to enhance processes.


Responsibilities:
- Adhere to quality assurance best practices tailored for ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Assist in developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and cases to validate ServiceNow solutions
- Generate test reports and analyses for stakeholders, pinpointing areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to comprehend requirements, prioritize, and rectify defects
- Implement automated testing solutions for enhanced efficiency and coverage

Expected Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years testing experience, exposure to ServiceNow environments
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies, adaptable to project needs
- Fundamental understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and Agile practices
- Eagerness to learn, open-minded, and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills
- Strong teamwork ethos and willingness to share knowledge
- Fluency in English and Polish
