Business Partnership Assistance: Offer assistance with business partnerships to senior stakeholders.Financial Oversight:
  • Manage both country and division profit and loss statements.
  • Provide detailed analysis to streamline profit and loss management.
  • Assist in risk analysis, annual planning, and scenario forecasting.
Analytical Support:
  • Utilize advanced analytics for decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Create presentation materials for leadership support.
Financial Guidance:
  • Offer advice on pricing strategy, capital investment, and more.
  • Provide insights on expenses, headcount, and expenditures.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and planning support.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in audit, controlling, or financial management.
  • Master's degree in finance/accounting or relevant certification.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of financial processes.
  • Business unit P&L management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
