Sustainability Marketing Specialist is a global role that requires passion and knowledge of key principles of sustainability, familiarity with Solenis products, applications, and customers, ability to manage effectively across multiple priorities and projects and demonstrated ability to be highly effective communicator in customer interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers' surveys, requests for information, bids, and tenders
  • Create and manage a global resource center for customer requests
  • Develop a sustainability FAQ database for all sales and marketing to use proactively with customers
  • Engage directly with customers, in coordination with sales and marketing teams, to demonstrate sustainable value of Solenis solutions.
  • With global sustainability team, develop and apply sustainability expertise and total value argumentation to protect and grow business at key customers. Develop, customize, and apply total value proposition to meet regional needs.
  • Support the Solenis sustainability strategy as needed.
  • Provide customer support through events such as seminars, webinars and presentations at customer locations, tradeshows, and business review meetings
  • Serve as primary resource for sharing best practices and harmonizing approach to sustainability across sales and marketing teams within region. Communicate sustainability priorities and highlights across business
  • Participate in regional associations and trade events to maintain current awareness and to promote and advocate for company sustainability initiatives and positions

The Individual

  • Knowledge or experience with sustainability (2-5 years)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, any additional language is a plus
  • Experience of working in an international work environment
  • Relevant degree in sustainability or business; Right candidate with environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering is possible
  • Proven analytical background with a strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of data collection tools
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
