Contract Job Title: Associate (Supervisory), Fund/Client Accounting Representative II

We're looking for a future team member for the role of Associate (Supervisory), Central Expenses to join our Central Expenses team located in Wrocław, hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Review of budget files following agreed procedures.
  • Monitoring Total Expense Ratio movement and investigating exceptions.
  • Review of payment and adjustment files.
  • Preparation and review of reports for clients and other departments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Investigating expense-related cash breaks.
  • Maintaining and updating checklists and procedure documents.
  • Ensuring adherence to BNY Mellon and client standard procedures and controls daily.
  • Communicating operational issues to the Assistant Manager promptly.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients on operational and client servicing issues.
  • Serving as a mentor to staff, monitoring their development and providing necessary training.
  • Collaborating with managers to review operational controls.
