Your responsibilities- Architect and design scalable and innovative solutions utilizing our software platform to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients.
- Lead technical teams in the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to conduct needs assessments, develop technical proposals, and create Statements of Work (SoW) for client engagements.
- Engage with C-Level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and present compelling solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP) technologies, as well as cloud architectures and best practices.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP) and cloud computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP).
- Strong command of the English language; proficiency in an additional language, preferably French or Arabic, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to technically lead large projects and architect complex solutions.
- Awareness and proficiency in Presales activities, including SoW creation and services estimation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
- Proactive and customer-facing attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and a strong understanding of cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Architectural structures and scalability.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and design principles.
