Type of employment: full-time contract, Monday to Friday from 7:00-15:00

Your responsibilities:

• managing the District Vehicle Inspection Station,
• conducting technical examinations of vehicles according to applicable regulations,
• performing onboard diagnostics in motor vehicles,
• testing control systems of motor vehicles while maintaining technical conditions specified by car manufacturers,
• carrying out repairs and technical inspections of vehicles,
• proper maintenance and servicing of equipment at the vehicle inspection station.

a) within the scope defined by the law - based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

b) within the scope not defined by the law - based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR;

c) voluntarily provided data related to health status (disability) - based on art. 9 sec. 2 lit. b GDPR in connection with the Act of August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons;

d) for the purpose of recruitment process and defense against claims related to participation in the recruitment - as part of administrator's legitimate interests - based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. In case of your consent for processing personal data for future recruitments, the data will be processed to establish contact with you or use them in the candidate evaluation process.

5. If you are employed:

a) based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, for taking actions at your request, before concluding the contract, and

b) based on art. 9 sec. 2 lit. h GDPR (in connection with art. 229 section 1 of the Labor Code) for referring you for initial medical examinations.

Personal data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn, no longer than 12 months from the start of the recruitment (providing personal data by you), and in cases of your participation in the recruitment process and not withdrawing consent to process personal data before the end of the candidate selection process - for 12 months from the start of recruitment, i.e., for the time necessary to protect against claims related to the course of the recruitment process and selection of the candidate for employment. Medical opinions issued on the basis of preventive medical care will be stored for the period resulting from legal regulations.

7. You have the right to access these data, correct them, delete them, limit processing, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
