About Our Client

For our Client, an international company operating in manufacturing industry, we are looking for engaged and detail oriented Junior Finance Analyst/Controller to join the controlling team. If you are an ambitious individual, you will be given a chance for self-development and reaching the next career steps within the organization. Workplace: Bydgoszcz (hybrid).

Job Description
  • Assist the Financial Controller in creating the budget, forecasts, and associated analyses and presentations while adhering to the group's rules;
  • Complete month end reporting and assist Financial Controller in other reporting as required and providing appropriate commentaries;
  • The weekly and monthly P&L KPIs (e.g., weekly sales, P&L package...) for actual, budgeted, and forecasted data are reported;
  • Prepare month end close calculations, reconciliations and posting requests;
  • Develop and improve financial processes and tools to ensure efficiency and compliance requirements;
  • Cooperate and support other team members/teams within regular tasks and assigned projects;
  • Prepare and update necessary process documentation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or related;
  • At least from 1 to 2 years' experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing controlling/analysis, gained in international manufacturing company;
  • Understanding of accounting principles;
  • Fluency in English (min. B2/C1 level, both oral and written communication);
  • Familiarity with financial software and controlling tools, such as ERP systems (SAP experience would be a plus) and MS Excel (advanced level of MS Office is a must);
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver output, strong organizational skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Quality and deadline orientation.
