Stare Miasto, Pomerania, Polska Kramp Pełny etat

Are you ready to take on the role of Project Manager in our Supply Chain team? We are looking for a driven individual to help us move our projects forward and achieve success. If you have a passion for leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

In our Supply Chain Operations, our focus is on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution Processes (S&OE) to enhance revenue and market share by improving the effectiveness of our organization, while also enhancing customer service and satisfaction.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing medium to large scale international projects with complexity, often leading a significant team.

What's the Role?

You will define the project vision and planning documents, execute, report, and assess the performance of the project as a whole. The main goal is to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget limitations, and alignment with predefined scope parameters.

You will collaborate with colleagues across all levels and locations within the organization, steering them towards successful project completion, on schedule and within budget.

You will:

  • Lead an international project team, identifying areas for team enhancement through training and mentoring.
  • Conduct assurance reviews within the project, arrange third-party reviews, and address identified issues.
  • Develop project plans, ensuring all activities align with project objectives and adhere to the organization's project management framework.
  • Create review reports and presentations containing key information and recommendations to facilitate stakeholder assessment of progress and change agreement.
  • Recognize and assess project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, and implement solutions.
  • Enforce policies, gather best practices, document case studies, and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Manage research, workshops, and tasks to specify and agree on project deliverables.
  • Plan and carry out stakeholder engagement activities to cultivate effective project relationships and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
  • Support change initiatives by analyzing progress under the guidance of a project/program manager.

Who Are You?

For this position, we have several requirements:

  • Completed Masters Degree and at least 5-year experience in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of procurement, supply chain, fulfillment, and logistical processes.
  • Experience in intricate (operations) projects.
  • Expertise in construction, fit-outs & ramp-ups of new/existing warehouse and office facilities.
  • Comfortable working in an international setting.
  • Experience with large CAPEX intensive projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, conceptually strong, and organizationally savvy.
  • Willingness to travel (within Europe).
