Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej organizacji z sektora Oil & Gas, w związku z rozwojem struktur wewnętrznych poszukujemy pełnych pasji i zaangażowania Kandydatów na stanowisko Prawnik (In-House).

Prawnik (In-House)Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Zadania:

  • Bieżące doradztwo prawne oraz pełna obsługa prawna spółki (w tym spółek z grupy kapitałowej i podmiotów powiązanych) oraz prowadzonych przez nią projektów,
  • Przygotowywanie projektów opinii i analiz prawnych, pism procesowych, projektów umów i innych aktów prawnych w sprawach powierzonych,
  • Bieżąca współpraca z kierownikami projektów w zakresie obsługi prawnej inwestycji,
  • Reprezentowanie spółki przed podmiotami trzecimi (w tym sądami, organami administracji, itp.) na podstawie udzielonych pełnomocnictw,
  • Ocena ryzyk prawnych działań realizowanych przez spółkę,
  • Monitorowanie powierzonych spraw pod kątem dochowania terminów na podjęcie poszczególnych czynności.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe prawnicze (uprawnienia radcy prawnego będą dodatkowym atutem),
  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w kompleksowej obsłudze prawnej podmiotów gospodarczych, w szczególności obejmującej zakresem obsługę korporacyjną oraz realizację projektów inwestycyjnych,
  • Praktyczna znajomości prawa gospodarczego, prawa handlowego, prawa cywilnego, prawa pracy, prawa zamówień publicznych
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
  • Zaangażowanie,
  • Umiejętności negocjacyjne,
  • Umiejętności podejmowania decyzji, samodzielność w działaniu, otwartość, wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne.
