Risk Business Analyst

Join us as a Business Analyst at Aon, supporting the Risk Management function for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, with the role based in Poland to leverage hybrid work arrangements and an established Risk support community in Krakow.

This position reports to the APAC Chief Risk Officer, offering a stimulating chance to influence risk-related decisions within the APAC business landscape.

A Sneak Peek Into Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Collecting data and risk summaries, and contributing to status reports for business and Global Risk Office
  • Limit of Liability Analysis
  • E&O data analysis and breakdown
  • Crafting core MI control reports in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Evaluating data related to Quality Assurance and Peer Review processes

This role allows you to work locally while being part of a regional team focusing on the dynamic Asia-Pacific landscape. You will engage with Compliance experts, Legal professionals, Internal Audit teams, Business Analysts, and leaders from various sectors in Asia.

Above all, this role presents an avenue for professional growth, exposing you to cutting-edge insights on Data Security, Regulatory Compliance, Error Management, and Enterprise Risk Practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications for Success

  • Demonstrated experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the insurance sector
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. QlikView, Power BI)
  • Collaborative aptitude to work alongside CRO, APAC Risk team, and other defense lines to drive business enhancements based on data trends and patterns
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
