We are seeking a highly skilled and PMP certified Project Manager with a decade of experience, preferably specializing in integrations. The selected candidate will take charge of Post Merger Integrations projects within Services domain. This role involves leading projects that drive innovations within a specific domain, managing end-to-end processes, and spearheading a project team for a duration of one year.

The Post Merger Integrations Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of projects aimed at developing products, technologies, systems, solutions, services, or IT solutions. From initiation to market introduction or internal company delivery, they will be responsible for achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements. The role entails effective stakeholder management, particularly with C-suite executives, and emphasizes the realization of strategic direction.

Job Overview:

  • Seasoned Project Manager with a robust PMP certification and 10 years of experience, with a strong preference for expertise in integrations.
  • Assigned to manage end-to-end integrations within Post Merger Integration Portfolio.
  • Takes the lead on projects driving innovations within a single domain.
  • Manages End-to-End Deployment processes.
  • Responsible for leading and managing their own E2E project team.
  • Project duration: 1 year.
  • Involvement in a singular domain project characterized by significant changes impacting multiple businesses.
  • Educational background: BSc/MSc.
  • Preferred expertise level: Practitioner or Expert in project management methods and E2E processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply a standard End2End approach in Center of Excellence transformation projects to ensure the realization of the Center of Excellence plan.
  • Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.
  • Manages the scope and requirements. Manages the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Formulate the E2E transformation project plan, including resource requirements, anticipated costs, risk assessment, and quality standards.
  • Control project budget and progress, evaluate project initiatives, take corrective actions when necessary, and provide comprehensive reporting.
  • Lead the E2E transformation project within budget and program strategy, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
  • Direct and guide employees operationally, providing technical and organizational guidance.
  • Report on employee performance and proposed training initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in project management
  • Experience in driving and delivering large scale Integrations
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile Project Management, Scrum or SAFe
  • Experience of delivering projects which include significant business process change, ideally leveraging cloud based IT systems
  • A solution focused leader with an aptitude to deliver results while managing complexity and ambiguity
  • The ability to set goals and leverage strong communication skills to motivate a multi-disciplinary, global team
  • A track record of delivering successful change in organizations from a product, process, IT or training & learning perspective
  • Evidence of strong intrinsic motivation to deliver results working with remote teams
  • Fluency in written/spoken English
Technical Know-How:

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in project management methods, organizational dynamics, and E2E processes, with specific knowledge of the E2E process. Successful integration of the main E2E process within a single domain is crucial, along with fostering cross-functional communication and integration of managerial efforts to achieve business objectives.

Accountability:

Define project objectives within policy guidelines, with considerable freedom to achieve end results.

Take ongoing responsibility for leading major projects impacting business activities/operations.

Determine the project plan and influence key process decisions.

Manage a project budget exceeding €3M and provide capital spending recommendations.

Problem Solving:

This role involves addressing challenges in a single domain project with severe changes, impacting multiple businesses. The Project Manager should be adept at developing well-prepared action plans for the current six months and have a clear vision of future achievements. Expert resolution of issues, monitoring work integration, and implementing necessary organizational structures are key aspects of problem-solving in this role.
