Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Team by receiving, reviewing, and verifying financial documents
  • Process incoming payments using financial systems and tools
  • Conduct reporting tasks related to processed documents
  • Support various Finance Team activities based on priorities, such as reviewing customers' open items and analyzing account balances during month-end close processes
  • Enhance existing reporting templates and tools, especially in Excel
  • Participate in weekly and monthly Finance Team meetings
  • Prepare and verify documents for audit purposes
  • Support the Internal Control System

Your Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and/or German at B1/B2 level
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail
  • Effective task scheduling and organization skills
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in Finance processes
  • Desire to enhance skills with financial software like SAP
  • Current student seeking valuable experience in an international company
