We're looking for SEO Specialist

Work Location: 100% remote or hybrid from Wroclaw.

Compensation: Up to 55 PLN/h + VAT on B2B contract.

About client:

Our client specializes in biotechnology and molecular. They provide advanced laboratory tools, technologies and solutions used in molecular biology, medicine, and scientific research.

Technical qualifications and skills you need to succeed in this role:

  • 3-5 years of work experience around web content / SEO-specific content improvement.
  • Very strong understanding of competitor research, ability to guide the Content team through keyword research, and constant reoptimizing of already existing pages.
  • Very strong knowledge of industry tools, eg. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Senuto, SEMstorm, etc.
  • Strong understanding of link-building strategy.
  • Solid understanding of Technical SEO.
  • Elementary understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development, and constraints to successfully communicate recommendations to developers transparently and understandably.
  • Continuous interest and development in SEO.
  • Fluent in English, Polish language is a plus.

As a SEO Specialist you will:

  • Definie, plan, and execute SEO strategies to increase the site's visibility in organic search results.
  • Communicate that strategy, results, and updates to relevant stakeholders effectively.
  • Plan, analyze, and implement both on-page and off-page activities to improve SEO rankings and increase traffic.
  • Work closely with the content team to support strategies and optimize existing content.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, track keyword trends, and contribute to content planning.
  • Translate business goals into relevant KPIs and report regularly to senior management. Derive insights and key learnings from various data sources to support your recommendations.
  • Recommend strategic changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO.
